Convenient E online calculator (if you haven't already done the calc in a spreadsheet). To be safe, 2:1 will be get you 50% (using winter blend 70%) or 60% (w/ 85%).

Thanks. The 3(e85):2(91) ratio seemed to be a little closer to E50.

Side note swapped out the throttle body shaft seal and got rid of the leak

Seal might have been damaged when I powder coated the TB. Not sure but an easy $4 fix for some extra piece of mind.

Been busy with work so I haven't upgraded the fuel system. Hopefully I'll have time this week.

It's not an oem part. I measured it as close as I could with the digital caliper 10mm shaft, 22mm outside diameter, and 5mm width. It's a little thicker maybe 1mm.

Haven't drove the car but the cold side now holds pressure for a few minutes without any noticeable leaks.

Nice work on the shaft seal repair. Gonna have to file this one away for future reference.

Removed factory regulator and added the walbro 450. Plumbed the clone regulator with return on the factory evap line while setting the FPR to 60 psi.

Stays nice and rich at 7psi. Spool time is noticeably improved after fixing the boost leak.

Doing some data-logs with the airfilter on and cut out closed(stealth-mode):

Very nice man, that billet 76 has a unique sound to it from the outside. I find my 84mm very quiet with the cutout closed..but when its open..I love hearing that jet like hiss.

I was just out playing with my car and had to service my knockoff wastegate but man does the car fly now.

I was going to ask how you have traction but then i saw you had some MT's in the factory wheels. Very sneaky!!!!

Had an issue with my BOV spring opening and bleeding off boost. Added a stiffer spring and now the car is a total monster. The 305 nitto drags don't stand a chance as boost builds in 200-400 rpms (as opposed to 2000-3000 rpms previously).

Lit up the tires in 3rd gear at 50-60 mph then again at close to 100mph in 4th

I've created a monster.

Lol the devil is in the details. Yea i still have traction issues also at those speeds with the boost turned up. Sadly all my new found power has grenaded my stock t56 as i was teasing a hellcat on the street. Back to the drawing board for me for 2 weeks before hitting the dyno and track time.

Just wait till you hit that sweet 14-16psi...monster isnt enough to describe the rush of hearing the turbo begin to really work!

Took the car to the track. Wasn't planning to but my local track is now open Fridays. 80 degree heat but short lines!!

Full street trim, no front runners, 3/4 tank of gas, left all my speakers in, passenger seat, etc.

1st pass launched at 3500 rpm (built 2 lbs of boost). Dead hooked and bogged, nailed 2nd gear but over-rev'd 3rd and got locked out of gear. Aborted run.

2nd pass I decided to granny shift and make a full pass. Set 2 step to 4500. Spun all first, short shifted to 2nd, 3rd and even shifted into 4th for the 1st time. (in the 1/8th)

Resulted in a 7.1@103 mph and booted for no roll bar.

Picked up 5 mph with 6 lbs of boost despite it being a soft pass

Will post vids tomorrow.

Thanks. I wanted 6.80s at 8 lbs of boost. I think it'll do it when I slap on some 28 inch slicks.

It's so quiet!!!

Did you have any issues with anything getting melted by the crossover pipe?? Or is it all good?? And in your opinion do you think a t6 turbo could sit in the same spot?? With a T6 elbow and support for it. Car is sounding better and better it's making me jealous!! Ha ha

Everything clears with slight tweaks. Had to move the radiator a few inches forward because the 4th gen fans were sitting on the cross-over pipe. Depends on your radiator/fan set up, but not a huge hurdle.

It would definitely take some fab work to get the T6 turbo to fit as the t4 turbo just barely fits with very little clearance. Luckily the 78/75 turbo will fit nicely whenever I decide to upgrade.

I have over 1000 miles and counting on the set up. Might get a chance to run it at the track at the end of the month, will drop a little more tire air pressure, remove the front sway bar and turn up the boost a few clicks.

(Pics from the track in street trim)
