New! and Need help!!
Here's the skinny. I have a new 2002 SS completely stock with an M6. I am interested in doing a forced induction kit of somekind. Since being on the boards I have picked up alot of usefull information from alot of people however a few questions were not covered.
Will an M6 hold up in the 450HP range? (I think the tranny would but as always the clutch is the weak link and for safety thats a good thing)
And I do plan on putting in a 12 Bolt ASAP!!
Question, What gear's with a Supercharger 4.10's Too Much!!
I'm looking hard at GWP ATI kits and need info on what's included! I saw somewhere that a kit came with MSD plug wires, MAF, Tuning and some other goodies, I could be off on this all the posts run together.
A key to my mods are to keep the car returnable to stock and I don't want to go in the engine at this point.
Are larger MAF's, ported TB's, and headers helpfull with Supercharger units? Or do they hinder?
Any help would be appreciated <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />

Don't beleive the plug wire hype. Stock GM issue is the way to go. Gone are the days of power gain by replacing stock wires. Unless they took a dump.

Get the $120.00 dowel pin kit to lock the crank. The pulley will spin and ruin the crank. If it detonates at all find a way to solve this. Mine had detonation during a 1/4 mile run and ruined the engine. Im not trying to put a wet blanket on the F.I. idea just trying to save someone else from what happened to me. You will love the power. If I had it to do again I would look at the turbo because of all that additional torque at low rpm's. + easily adjustable boost.

Besides the ATI Procharger, GWP sends:
Larger, in-line Fuel Pump
Bigger injectors
Superchips Microtuner for your 'programming'
Miscellaneous hardware associated with the Fuel System
They also stand behind their product like none other I've experienced. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
