Default Help! Need tune for D1SC and Cam

Car is a slug in the low-mid range, I need a tune to compare to. I think it is due to the cam not being tuned in properly.
Can anyone help me out, Please.
Thanks,

Maybe I'm missing something here. Are you saying you installed a D-1SC along with the cam and did not have the car tuned? Bob

No, Car was tuned by a sponsor but just not right. Want to fix it myself rather than taking another day off work.
I am the guy with the 5" pulley, I talked to you several times on the phone. Is this something you could help me with if I give you a call. Idle studders and drops to 400-500 rpm occasionally. Every once in a while it hangs around 1500 for about 8 seconds.
At cruise if you just get on the throttle about 5% the AFR gauge will go to 19:1 the car will hesitate for a split second then the gauge will read rich around 11.5:1 and then the car will accelerate. It just is not responsive at all.
