I am having problems getting some parts to finish my install. I have tried 6 of their "distributors" with no luck and tried headquarters too. Anyone have a hook-up or know some one? Anyone else have support/service problems from them? Any comments? thanks, mj

I bought a new head unit, i found some of the brackets i needed, but am missing all the small installation stuff. Mostly small parts, no one wants to mess with getting them for me, and i already have all the part #'s had my buddy, that owns a speed shop, call vortech, and they said, "we just don't have time for this, fax us the #'s and we will get back to ya" no return faxes or calls, kinda horse ****, i bet if i wanted a complete $4500 set up they would have time.
