Is this for a rear mount turbo? How did you do that? Was all that done with a freakin' die grinder? Geez...nice work though, it shows patience and attention to detail.

What kind of gains are you expecting from this? I was under the impression that headers or in this case, ported manifolds don't net much with rear mount turbos.

Actually this is for a road race car we are doing and yes, front mounts. The guy didnt want to spend the money to make headers and he is only wanting 750hp. We are doing twin GT-35r turbos.

twin front mount. Mostly a die grinder and a few other things. That and about 4 hours. A friend of mine works for Vought Aircraft and he brought me a couple of bits that make short work of porting. The harder part was the damn heat shield bungs.

I dont want to rain on the parade here, but a few have said that your plug wires will burn w/o the heat shields. Maybe since you coated inside and out you'll be safe. Also, what temp is that coating good for?

We have another set ported for the race car and this set for something else. We are using a different coating for the race car.

What kind of power goals does he have?

I just sold a set of GT35s because they were way way too small for a race car.
