Default Quick Truck Question

Just picked up a boost/vac gauge to put into my truck (see sig) Just wondering if anyone new off hand real quick where the best place would be to tap into the intake for a reading? I did a few searches on here and it seems some people are even making fittings to tap off the brake booster line. Any input would be great! Thanks

My 6.0L Truck had a couple of vaccum ports that were capped at the factory. Just snapped off the cap and plugged the hose right on. Had to remove the cover to get to it, but the 1 I used was on the passenger side toward the rear of the intake.

What size vaccum line did you need>? my gauge came with the 1/8" stuff, did that pop right on, did you need anything else? Sorry for all the questions, like to have all my stuff all set before i jump into something!

On my '02 Silverado, I tapped into the line going to the fuel pressure regulator, but I don't think that's possible if you have a newer one(I don't know what year they went returnless on the trucks).
