Twin turbo on stock LS1 in 67 Camaro
Guys hello to all. I have been on this site but mostly on convertion. I have a 2001LS1 in my 67 Camaro and like to do twin turbo set-up. I like to use the stock motor without crazy boost whatever is safe for it. Can you give me some idea what size turbo's I need?
Or can I buy the parts chosen one of those twin turbo C5 set ups and do my own piping?
Do I have to change the injectors and add another pump which I have the 255 walbro external pump already in the car?
As far as reading anything I can find seems that 6-7 pounds is the way to go. I have 2.5" exhaust in the car, does it need upgrade?
I like to build my own headers for it so Can I use header building kits? Or have to be a certain material?
This is rather lenghty questions and I realy apriciate the help.
Thanks
