Default Head gasket help...sbc

I know this site is based around the lsx engines, but I have a sbc question and was hoping you guys could help me. I don't really know what HP we are shooting for, but I want to get the car into the mid 8's. Here is a run down of the engine, I just have no clue what to do for head gaskets. Will I need to o-ring the heads/block, or with a nice SCE or something work? Thanks a ton for the help guys, and if you need anymore info just let me know what you need to know and I will post it up.

Dart Little M block 4.125 bore
Callies Magnum crank 3.75" stroke
Custom Diamond pistons, I will be ordering these on Monday so I don't know the exact specs.
Lunati Pro Billet rods 5.85"
GM 18* heads Flow 370@700
I will be testing the car with a 91mm turbo, but will be putting a pt101 on next year.
