i have a 2000 ws6 with an ls6 intake manifold, hooker long tubes no cats, borla catback, slp maf sensor, 3.42 gears, and a d1sc kit, with 42 # injectors, i got the car tuned at tt performance in new jersey and i made 465rwhp with 412 rwtq i feel that the #'s should be higher, i am only running 6 lbs. of boost but i should be getting that extra # from the upgraded intercoolers from procharger.

I'm not quite sure how you are only getting 6 psi of boost, if you have the 1GJ204-SCI ProCharger D-1SC kit, which has the upgraded 4.5" intercoolers and the 8 rib belt. The largest pulley generally supplied with the 8 rib kit is a 4.5" pulley, which will give these cars 8 psi if they have headers and exhaust. I generally see 9 to 9.5 psi if the 4.5" pulley is used and the car is bone stock, having all stock exhaust.
If you were supplied with the P-1SC kit, upgraded with the D-1SC and the larger intercoolers, then you would have the older 6 rib belt assembly. With the 6 rib assembly, a 4.25" blower pulley would then get you approx 6 psi. Possibly this is the kit you were sold.
If you swap out the blower pulley to a slightly smaller one, on whatever kit you have, then you can pick up several pounds of boost, which will really bump up the horsepower. You will want to have the tune checked out if you do add a smaller pulley. I agree with the previous post, your horsepower isn't bad for only having 6 psi of boost. Bob
