Enough cam for SC'd motor?
The motor, 360 CI forged. 9:1 comp. Vortech YSi with custom air to water cooler etc. 2004r trans, converter to be determined.
The current cam, a Comp XER grind. 226/230 .569/572 114.
Is there any benefit to going bigger? I wouldn't change for a small gain, might consider changing if it would do some good.

This cam may pick up some top end horsepower. It is really hard to say, it would make for a good magazine test. Bob

That 232/240 cam looks pretty hairy. It would be a good drag strip comparison that is for sure. I may pick one up at some point to try. Stevie, if that cam you have is getting you 145 mph through the traps, mine can't be too far behind.
As far as goals? None really. I'd like to get the most out of what I have at the strip but retain some streetability. I have a 4400 stall to get rid of that will help in that department. I'll go with something closer to 3000.
