best palce to buy fi forged shortblock best price and good quality,also its going to be a budget build so im assuming its going to have to be a 346? thanx in advance

You're mixing apples and oranges. Best: very possible Wheel-to-Wheel. They are not cheap, but I believe reasonable. Many of our sponsor are great engine builders. Thunder is one of our best sponsors. Call W2W, than call Thunder, Speed, for their prices.
