Default Hot side set-up questions

I am going to run JBA headers which are positioned facing rear to a y- pipe that connects under the drivers a arm to the front. I am not sure if anyone with this set-up has ground clearance issues at stock ride height? Is there a better way to set this up without losing my a/c?
My headers look like they are too small. They are probably 1 1/2 poss 1 5/8. Are they too small to support 1000hp at the crank? Same with the crossover tube it is only 2 1/2. Is that big enough? By the way I am running a t-76.
Thanks

You might be fine with some 1 5/8 but you might have problems with the ex side of that 76 being to small to support that kind of power. but i am no expert. I am running some 1 5/8 on my car with a 2 1/2 crossover but only have the headers 90% done so cant give you any power #'s yet.

what kind of power levels are you expecting? Exhaust velocity will be higher compared to running a 1 5/8 tube header
