Procharger Pulley/Boost question
I am installing a P1SC kit with the SDCE tensioner and the small 3.5 dual intercoolers. The crank pully on it is a 7.25 and the blower pully is a 3.4 I talked to Bob at EPP and he recommended a 3.7 on the blower. The only engine mods I have are longtubes and ORY/Catback. Now my question is with the 3.4 pully I will only be spinning the blower to about 54K @ 6200 RPMs and the max is 62k. With the 3.7 I should be right at 50k. Will spinning the P1 to 54k put me over 8lbs? If it will be more than 8lbs about how much more do you think it will be. Thanks for the help guys.
