Default manual control over bypass valve possible?

Just wondering if anyone knew of a way to mount an electronic switchable vacuum solenoid, if thats even the right name for it, so that itd be possible to keep the bypass valve vacuum reference open at all times until the switch is pressed, then it would function as intended, just so that if i wanted to drive around all day with no boost ever getting to the motor, itd be possible, yet at night go out, hold down the switch and let her rip, or if on the freeway and want to pass someone...press the button and hold on.

I understand your reasoning but WHY??? Honestly on a Procharger you're not going to get into boost unless you want to... It's a good idea but the point of putting a supercharger and not nitrous is because you want it all of the time... =(
