difference between stock and STS pcv?
Ok, I searched but I didn't find quite what I was looking for with any clarity.
I'm smogging my STS car and the smog guy said that as long as there aren't any intake pipes coming up into the bay and everything looks stock (as far as intake, pre-cats exhaust) I should be fine. My question is how is the STS pcv system different from stock? Is the solenoid just spliced into the pcv line between the left valve cover and TB? any pics would be awesome.
the smog shop is close to my house and I only have to do a Cali Basic test (idle and ~2500rpm no load) so i'm thinking dropping pipes, and changing pcv will only take an hour, smog and reattach.
thanks in advance!

so let me get this straight...you plan on taking the intake track of the sts kit off the car basically making it na...hooking up the stock air lid then changing the pcv system back to stock and then doing the smog?
if so
the only thing you would have to do would get take the switch valve off and run a straight hose in its place.
