STS KIT-Is it possible to have toooo much vacuum pressure? I dont seem to have any vacuum leaks but my vacuum is reading at -64 at idle. I can enter boost just fine but when im driving and I let off the gas the vacuum goes to -99. Anyone had this problem?

I'm not sure its a greddy boost controller. My vacum used to be around -40 when I was stock but now I have cam/heads, i had a vacum leak a couple weeks ago and I found the problem. I fixed the hose and now my vacum is crazy.
