Default Smoking at idle

I have just put Twin Garrett GT30's on my my car. I am having a issue with it smoking at idle. I have had people follow me and they don't see any smoke while moving, But at stoplights If I sit for a few minutes its white smoke galore.

What I have noticed is it only happens when the car is stopped on a flat surface. On my driveway(its at a slight incline) it does not smoke at idle.

So Do you think the oil return lines aren't draining the oil fast enough? Or other ideas?
