do a search moderator!!! its been discussed alot lately,if you can find a harlan 2 step jump on it cause its been forever and he hasnt released his new 1 thats supposed to come out.otherwise the only option for a stand alone 2 step is synergy's 2 step which is expensive.

i believe they start at 275 and go up quick from there from what i was told.i wish i could get ahold of the schematic for a 2 step cause i can get the chip boards done at school for free so would only have to pay for parts.

FWIW harlan's and synergy's 2 step are in no way related in operation at all. I dont know why people labor over the decision, just call synergy and order one. I'm sure harlan's new one will be a great product but if you cant get one its moot..

From what I understand the synergy grounds out the control wire to the coils (single wire going th PCM) and harlan's interrupts the voltage to the coils (two wires in series with the PCM wires).

I've had them both and as far as I can see they arent related in design at all. The synergy also has window switch and solid state high current nitrous solenoid controls on the same board. Only thing thats the sae is the box, but those plastic project boxes are used by dozens of companies for various things.

I'm sure Harlan himself can answer it best though

im pretty sure the basic synergy 2 step doesnt have the nitrous control,i thought that was a $$$ option.
