I'm installing my eboost 2, connecting the tach signal. The eboost says the input is a 3-12 volt square wave, I know the signal from the computer is 0-5 volt. How is is this connected? I'm not going to use the accessory shift light or anything, but I might need boost limited in in first gear, so I assume I need the tach signal so the eboost knows what gear I'm in. Similar to a N2O controller. Is there a input scale to reconfigure in the controller? Thanks.

sounds like you could use a switch to be active in 1st gear only to activate a different set point. the tach output wont be doing anything special in 1st from any other gear.
