Exclamation Need some suggestions/help on my meth kit install..... (PICS)

I just finished mounting my pump and tank... decided to put the pump behind the driver side headlight mounted on a small bracket and mounted the resevoir at the same height as the pump (instructions say its ok mounted at the same height) but Im wondering if my feed hose from the tank to the pump is too long? Straight across from tank to pump is 29".. so the hose is probably a few inches longer then that.

Should this be ok?

Thanks in advance.

I dont think length matters as long as it will gravity flow. I have the same set up and love it. Maybe test it out, fil lyour tank with water and dont connect at the pump and see if it flows. One feature im not 100% sure on, but it could be. The pump might suction on the one side, and pump on the other. My scavenge pump did that so maybe the meth pumps do as well. Im not sure but if they do have any type of suction, you'll be fine as long as you dont have an incline which you said your level. Meth should get to the pump just fine.

Welp... the pump gets flow but not very much. If I drop the end of the hose an inch or so it flows a LOT better. If I raise it an inch or so it completely stops flowing. Even though I REALLY like where the pump is mounted right now Im going to relocate it just to be safe.

Superman.. I see your tank is mounted almost right where I put mine. Where did you put your pump? I have a FMIC so Ive lost a lot of front end mounting options for that pump.

Nice car BTW... that freeway vid is sick!

Thanks, my pump is mounted up front next to the FMIC. Do you still have your bumper support or any part of it? If so you can mount it to that. After i relocated my FMIC i lost my bumper support so i made my own bracket.

He was before, i dont have any of after, but its in the exact same spot, just on a homemade bracket... Hope this helps!

mine is on the inside of the front bumper support facing the windsheild washer tank. look in there you will find room. PITA to mount but the bumper cover doesnt have to come off
