Default Tune and Boost

Could a car's tune DIRECTLY effect how much boost it sees?

Like, if I'm suppossed be be getting 28 pounds of boost, and I'm only getting 25 with my current tune, is there any chance I could find my extra 3 pounds after a dyno tune?

Oh, what is the difference between Mustang dynos and Dynojets? What does locking the converter mean?

Since wastegate control and blow-off valve settings are part of a good tune, I would say yes. If you are only talking about timing and AFR changes, I'd say no.

Thank you.

It's just I have 2.5 pounds of boost and absolutely no clue where they are.
