i have a 396 with afr 225 heads and a ls6 intake i poped a head gaskets what is the best head gaskets and intake exhausts gaskets to use and any hinsts on doing the job do i need to change head bolts the motor also has a t76 turbo any held would be app. thanks

Factory exhaust manifold gaskets.

Intake manifold seals on o-rings which do not need replaced.
