Default FI and strut tower braces

just bored and curious as to why most of you guys out there running blowers or turbos dont have STB's. i know alot of guys can't fit them under the hood but the ones that can how come you don't have one. back in the day these items were pretty common now seems like nobody uses them anymore.

I think b/c hey don't do squat at the track but are only good for cornering, etc Added weight and yet up front too!

edit - I forgot to mention that I have one on my car and have put one on every sports car I've owned. It does stiffen the car up a bit but what I really noticed was the handling and the added control it gave from hard cornering.

I would and do when I can as it adds to the stiffness of the over all vehicle. Most don't cause they can't with a Vice Jr etc...

Okay figured room and weight issue since most of the guys here drag there's. yeah i removed my front sway bar years ago for weight and it being in the road when messing with my brad brand blower tubing. so the strut tower helps out not having the sway bar.
