Default single turbo ls1

Hello eaveryone, I'm new to this site. I'm interested in building a single turbo ls1, I'm not shure where its going to go in. I was thinking an fd rx7. I've done quite a bit of shearching on the forced induction section but still have a few questions to ask. I apolozise if these questions have been asked before. but here goes.

I plan on purchasing a used ls1, preferably low miles, replace pistons with forged units and replace the cam. Not shure what numbers to use. I hered a LSA of 114 is a good start. As for the heads theres two ways I can go, have the stock heads ported and replace the stock valve springs with stronger units, or purchase a good set of aftermarket heads from trickflow or edelbrock. But I'm on a budget so I'm leaning towards the stock heads.

Id like around 650rwhp, and all custom fad will be done by me, I used to work at a custom muffler shop so welding and bending pipe is not a problem. This car will be a strictly street driven toy and the ocasional 1/8 mile run. My bigest question is what are my options when it comes to turbo sizing and what brand is best recomeded.

a H/C/I ls1 or even a bolt on ls1 in a RX7 is an extremely nasty car. seen them just boil the tires all over the place.
i couldnt imagine trying to get one to hookup that had 650hp and still be streetable.

I plan on widening the rear quarters and the front fenders 2 to 3 inchs so I can put 335's in the rear. I think the widest tire you can fit stock is 285's but not shure.
