Default one way check valves? PCV

I am going to finish up doing the sealed pcv catch can system on my car and was wanting to know whats the best one way check valves you are using. i read alot about using the brake booster check valve and was wondering is one better than the other...be warned i am on a budget...and am a chinchy bastard lol
