Default HELP!!! YSi is installed and Power Steering is rock hard!!!

I installed a YSi in a 2007 Z06 that was putting 550whp NA,and now after everything is installed and the power steering oil cooler needed to be removed, the steering is sooo hard, I can't use the car. I followed the service manual instructions few times on bleeding the PS system but did not solved the problem (engine off, turning lock to lock many times.)

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Is it possible you hooked up the hi-pressure line to the output? What else did you change or touch in the power steering?

Also, just curious, did you do a piston change? If so, what pistons did you use?

I just by-passed the oil cooler. I also disconnected the colum from the rack to move it up to acces the balancer bolt.

I did not changed the pistons. I will run low boost.

Thanks

In order to bleed the PAS of air, the engine would need to be running, as it turns the PAS pump.

You'd be wasting your time if the pump wasnt running. I assume you did re-fill the PAS system with fluid again ?

Yes, fluid is OK. I also bleeded the system with the engine running...no good.

Thank you for your response.
