Want to re ring my stock LQ4 before I install my turbo, What rings should I buy?

I am about to boost a stock LQ4, this is the first I've seen of re-ringing, are the stockers no good?

The LQ4 pistons are not that strong. If you don't plan on pushing it(600hp plus), you will be fine. Why not just install forget pistons why you are there?
