I'm about to order a 9 inch and was curious what gears you high power blower guys are runnin? Car is an M6 with a 26" tall tire aiming for around 700rwhp.
Looking at 3.70's or 3.89's

I think you would want to go with a taller gear (numerically lower) than that. I would say 3.42, 3.55 or whatevers close to that for a ford (not to sure). Also what RPM were you pushing it to? I ran 4.11 with mine and I had to push it to about 7100 in the 1/4, this is with 26" tall tires and about 620rwhp. You may want to get some 28" tires.
I plan on 3.42 shortly. good luck

3.70 gears should do it, since your car is primarily for street use. Bob

I'll be spinnin to about 6500 and i'll start with a 26" tire and go bigger later if I need to.
