Anyone take a Mustang or standard Supercharger and adapt it to one of our cars?

Default Anyone take a Mustang or standard Supercharger and adapt it to one of our cars?

The kits out there are crazy expensive IMO. Has anyone ever been able to adapt a Mustang Supercharger or other to one of our cars with good results? I have a friend that welds, machines, etc... and can do all the fab work to put one on. Just wondering what would be the best Supercharger to be looking for or that may have brackets, pulleys that make it a fairly easy swap. Intercoolers are all over the net fairly cost friendly. Anyone have pics if you did this?

The mustangs typically use a reverse rotation unit, and not easy to adapt. It is the "accessories" that cost so much on a supercharger kit for the lsx cars, (8 rib add on pulleys for example)
