Default Exhaust for turbo

I have a 3" down pipe that goes all the way to the rear of the vehicle with a hooker aerochambered catback and 2 dynomax mufflers right before the exhaust tips. Now the questions::

Do you guys think it is robbing me power?
Can I add another dynomax muffler to lower the noise and too much power?
What can I do to lower the noise and increase power? crossing fingers.

Yes, it makes no sense to add another muffler, but I live in California and I need to hide mods as much as possible.

what size turbo is it?70 something size?If u consider that in some places in the world a turbo is considered a muffler u already have 3-4 mufflers and u want to add another?U could always add a cutout to get more power but thats not going to lower noise
