1000 dollar turbo kit?
what do you guys think of this www.nonsponsor.com turbo kit?
I know it comes with a rather small intercooler and turbo, but wouldn't it be good to just upgrade the turbo and intercooler?

800+ 125 shipping, + 200 waistgate,+ 100 air intake+, 100 for oil lines, + 350 for injctors+ 400 for atune, + 300 for a custom exhuast, +500 for a gear change,+ 400 for a alky kit, + 200 for fixing stuff, + 100 on silicon couplers, + 50 for clamps,+ $50 manual boost controller and lines and dont forget an interceptor gauge that you ll need..250 oh and youll want a bov for a m6 car thats another 150 or so maybe.
= $4475......if it works..... and you dont have to re engineer anything, or trailer/tow your car some place for work, and if you dont change a few small things like the header gaskets, bolts, etc.....and it goes smooth. Of course thats if you do some of trhe work yourself.
The last f body I did, was about 5k out the door, I did the install, and it included a pt72 turbo, bov, waistgate, a custom (car color) powder coated uppipe to the tb, tune, water/meth, boost controller, y pipe and exhuast to turbo coated and wrapped, exhuast from the turbo out (hidden), intercooler, air intake, filter and custom shield and oil lines etc. Every tube mandrel bent in house. He is a friend though....and it included cutting the bumper, installing the billet grill, and some wiring for the interceptor and boost gauge that he bought seperately.
Shortly after that youll need 400-1200 for a clutch probably.

monello has the kit and so do i, except mines still collecting parts. you'll need about 2500-3500 depending upon options to get the kit running, which is still a lot better than anything else around.

This stood out to me in there listing.
T61 T4 Turbocharger (Rated 600 crank HP) + 3" Intercooler
Our turbocharger is T4 flanged and features a 3" V-band exhaust outlet on the turbine side. It will bolt right up to the manifold and connect to the downpipe. This turbo is perfect for the 5.7L Motor, and makes full boost at a mere 3500 RPM! This is a dream setup for the street. On pump gas and 7-8 lbs of boost you can expect to put out 500-530 rear wheel horsepower, which is about 700 horsepower at the crank. Our kit also comes with an intercooler that has a core size of 24" x 12" x 3". The inlet and outlet measure 3" in diameter.
