Default Question about fuel injectors and fuel pressure.

Most injectors, including the ones on the Gm cars are rated at the industry standards 43.5 psi. If one had say 28.8 pound per hour injectors as I do in my 2004 Z06, and the fuel pressure were 58 instead of the industry standard, would the injectors in fact be capable of flowing more than 28.8 lb/hr? if so, about how much would they truly be capable of flowing before maxing out? 34lb? 32lb?

your injector is rated at the 58 psi. At 43.5 it flow a tad under 24. If you need more injector trade them in or have them resized. you have the grey bosch 3 right?

yes that is correct. So the 30LB SVO's would flow arouns 34 lb/hour then right?
I have nitrous right now and while the 75 shot in it seems to be supported fine by the current injectors, I think that with 28.8 putting it up to the 100 shot might put me in danger. So I just want to be able to run the 100 shot more safely.

How does one calculate the brake specific fuel consumption? They say .45 to .50 for N/A but with the N20, it would be different correct?

the 30 svo would be closer to 36lb. I would use .65 bsfc in the calcs
