Default fuel system issues

i think that this is a good place to ask this question. i have a 98 camaro that i am working on and after replacing the rearend the car wouldnt fire. you can still hear the relay working but nothing at the pump. i thought that would be a fuel pump issue so i dropped the tanks to check if i was getting power at the pump and there was 12.3 volts. after finding that i replaced the pump and still nothing. someone suggested the security system but the light isnt on except for a few seconds after you turn the key. if anyone has any opinions what to check next i would appreciate it because i am running out of ideas at this point.

thanks
josh

Did you check for ground at the pump? Maybe a pinched wire from the rear install?
