Default Are my injectors going static?

They're stock 2002 injectors in a mild camaro.
I'm reading 61 PSI consistant thoughout the rpm range and seeing an average high of 86% duty cycle.

I've read that if you run over 80% then bigger then injectors are recommended, is this true?

From what I've read and been told 85% is getting to the upper limit of calibrated control of the injectors so as it stands I would say for now you are ok.

I agree, I think you'll be fine. You're not running 86% all the time, only an occasional WOT punch
