Default help with stock tank and taking stuff off

please look at the picture below and answer these few questions

coming out of pump:
left to right
tube 1 =
tube 2 =
tube 3 =

and i am deleting my evap system so can i delete the big black box. and just cap the lines. but leave the line coming out of the white plug on the left side?

Please leave the EVAP system intact it is a very good vent system for your fuel tank. If you remove it you will need to find a way to vent the tank without air backup, fuel spilling, smell....

then how do you guys do it on your alum tanks?
