fuel pressure - help

fuel pressure - help hey,
I have a 383 w/ 32lb accel injectors. Im running 160 blm in cell 16 and my fuel pressure is 45 psi. It feels like it has no *****. I just switched the fuel regulator over to the aeromotive because it was running pig rich. Im am very new to tuning and am a little scared to mess with fuel and timing tables but im in desperate need of doing so. I want a solid 525 crank horsepower, Is this realistic? and what do i need to achieve that level?
