I'm going to be changing my fuel system from returnless to return style, and just happen to have a brand new Bosch 044, and a new Walbro 255 to work with. Does anyone see any problems with using the two for a dual pump set up? Never heard of done before.

That will only work if the Bosch pump by itself has the capacity your engine needs, so your pistons don't melt when the Walbro fails.
