Default stock fuel pressure regulator for 98 tank

i was wondering from this picture which is considered the stock fuel pressure regulator... i was thinking maybe it has the tube connected to it going to in between my twin pumps?

in the pic i took out the spherical plastic yellowish thing mounted on the cap of the assembly idk what it is exactly... thought it was the FPR

i have a external FPR mounted on the rails... i just needed to know so i dont have to fight for the fuel pressure that is needed.
Thanks

The black thing on the corrugated hose is the regulator, You need to remove its internals.
