Default New regulator? NED ADVICE FAST

My swap is running rich due to the fact that it is pushing 100(yes 100) PSI to the rails. I am running the regulator below, and am now told it is not in fact a regulator. What regulator should I run to keep the single line fuel rail?
I am running a walbro 255 and have 6 AN fittings on both ends if that helps.

I dont know who told you its not but it is a Corvette Filter/Regulator. Measuring 100psi at the rails? sure the gauge is correct? Maybe just a bad regulator.

If the guage is off, it isnt by much. I could just slap a new regulator on it, but how long will that last?
