Fuel problem
Ok guys i've researched every single forum on this problem.
Results for 98 Z28 Mods-Ptb,lid,catback,coolant bypass,
Hooked up fuel pressure test
Key/on Engine/off= 60Psi Then slowly goes back to 10 Psi
Engine idel= 61psi Steady
Engine on (wot) falls down 3-5psi
Other test: Primed the fuel pump 3 times car turns on first try.
Im assuming i need a new pump, should i also get a new regulator as well?

58 at WOT is what it is supposed to have... this is correct.
The idle pressure is higher than it is supposed to be due to the higher volume pump. It is not a problem, but a result of the larger pump.
They will slowly drop pressure when off. This is not usually a problem.
