Cant fill my tank?????????

Cant fill my tank????????? The past two times I went to get gas (at different locations different pumps) I had trouble getting the gas to go in without the pumps shutting off it took me forever to get it filled. Has any one had this problem or know if it is common? Maybe some type of vent is clogged up or somehting stupid? It is a 99 Z28 w 82K on it.

Happened to me before I had my mason tape on me and slid it down the fill tube while holding the first flap open. Not sure if that fixed it or not but it hasnt ever done it to me again.

thats happened to me but in different cars ive been in lol you cant have it all the full blast or itll shut off so u gotta like go slllowww but its happend to me
