LS3 injectors on a LS1 rail ?? yes, I searched

Ok...with this being the fuel section I have a injector question...

I'm finishing my project and putting the Fast 102 on. It is a LS6/1 car and was wondering if I could keep the original fuel rail and run a LS3 injector with the height adapter (http://www.corvetteinjectors.com/sho...?productid=252) ??

Would this setup work ??

Recapp....LS1 rail-LS3 injector-height adapter-on a Fast 102 ??

Ok...sounds good but.....rumor is that the LS1 fuel rail will not bolt up to the fast 102. Any truth to that ?? Something about the bolt pattern of the rail compared to the manifold ??
