Default #2 cylinder not getting fuel

We been having a missing problem for a year now and cannot figure out what the problem is. we been replacing almost everything from the optispark, coils, wires, etc, etc. Shops cannot even find the problem. But recently we changed the spark plugs after 50 miles of driving and noticed all were carbon except #2 cylinder which was brand new looking still. Like #2 is not getting any fuel. Spark plug wire is good on #2. The injector is getting power and all. Good the injector just be bad. I mean thats the only thing it could be right? car is a 95 z28 lt1 383

When the car is running can you feel the injector firing? They make a tool that you put on the injector while the car is running and it will light up if it's firing. If you put that injector in another cylinder will the problem follow it?

injector could be clogged or damaged crank the car put a long flat head to the injector and put your ear to the handle see it you hear it pulsating... i know it sounds ghetto but it works LOL
