Fuel level sending unit replacement?

Fuel level sending unit replacement? my sending unit for the fuel level has gone bad, can I still get the replacement or do I have to buy a complete assembly with fuel pump? I did a search and did not find it, thank you for any info!

the fuel level sender is replaceable. The float arm is held i place by a clip. Unsnap the wire float arm and remove. The sender is held on the bucket by two hooks that are locked in place with a lock. Remove the lock, squeeze the two hooks together and remove the sender. The vendors who support these forums carry replacement senders.
