what size injectors to tune with E85?

what size injectors to tune with E85? I have a 98 camaro LS1 with heads and cam setup. Have all the bolt ons and full exhaust. Car has a 90mm unported fast intake with a 90mm nick williams TB. car has the torquerer cam version 2 with 243 LS6 heads ported and poilished/CNC the works. Car was recently tune on pump gas 93 octane with stock injectors and fuel rail. Injector duty cycle on stock injector is maxed out and the Car made 454hp and 408 torque. I still have stock injectors in it with stock fuel rail but fuel pump has been upgraded to a walbro 255. My stock injectors are 28 lbs and maxed out on the duty cycle. My question is what size injector do I have to go up to for E85? Do I need to upgrade my fuel pump? do i need to install a bigger fuel pump in it?
