Fuel pressure question

Fuel pressure question Sitting at idle i have 60 psi fuel pressure. Going down the road it will start to miss the psi will flutter from about 45 to 75 psi randomly it will run right and then it will start to miss and the fuel pressure flutters. Just trying to rule out things i've been told its the fuel pump just wanna get more opinions. Thanks
