91 vs c16
Hello everybody,
I currently have a ls1 with h/c/i making 486rwhp on 91 in my 70 chevelle. No cats and open loop tune. Im thinking about using straight c16 and having it retuned for that fuel. Around How much power could i gain by making this switch??? I'm not asking if it would be a waste of money or time so please don't bash. Has anyone done this before with Dyno numbers? Any input will be appreciated.
Thanks

If you're not have detonation problems all you can gain is a little spark advance. Why not mix it 50/50 and up the timing a few degrees and see if it runs better.
