What's the biggest injector you can use on a stock rail?

What's the biggest injector you can use on a stock rail? I have a 6.0(370) dual intank 255 pumps, I have 75# injectors I was going to use for my turbo build but I'm staying n/a and was wondering if I could use these injectors?
