Newbie fuel pump wiring question I'm installing a LS1 and fuel tank into my 1987 Camaro. Computer and fuel tank is from a 2002 car. I have bought a Racetronix wiring kit and pump. I will be doing an aftermarket gauge and plan on running the fuel level sender wire to the gauge.
Questions:
Because the Racetronix wiring has a built on relay do I still have to go through the fuse box? Can I just wire the PCM turn on fuel pump turn on signal to the fuel pump?
If not.. what would be the best way to turn the fuel pump on/off with the use of the Racetronix harness.
