Default Horrible mileage..

I have a stock 2001 ss, it's a true slp with the full slp exhaust and intake. When I bought it the guy told me the car only needed the 02 sensors replaced soon. i ordered the delco sensors and haven't got them yet.. But I have no check engine light. Cleaned the throttle body and maf, new air filter too. I'm wondering if it really is the sensors causing my gas mileage or what else should I look at?

You need to log it. But yes your 02's can greatly affect fueling. I've seen +/- 20% before in the Long Term Fuel Trims. Granted the VE and MAF were off. If your O2's were really that bad you could be dumping extra fuel in. Does it smell really rich?

As stated previously, a log file would be nice....or at least have someone hook up a diagnostic scanner to see what your fuel trims are doing. As a "freebie" check, I'd verify that the exhaust is not in need of some repair (ie; leaking at the flanges, or near the heads). That might give you a better idea.
